Product Description
By definition, they are mixing reactors, which are pressurized, have electric heating and mixing technology used for high speed. They are also equipped with fiberglass insulation, automatic temperature and pressure process.
The construction is done in stainless steel 304. The components used are readily available throughout the world; the design philosophy was to adopt universal standards in materials and components. The construction complies with the standards IRAM, DIN and ASTM for industrial safety, and environmental..
The mixers do not generate effluents. They are vented to evacuate the fumes of alcohol that could be generated during filling.
The control panel is sealed, the electrical wiring is piped. All circuitry has self-protection, in addition to the general protection of the board.
Operation Module
In principle, the oil is decanted and filtered, then heated and dehydrated in the dryer, which produces vacuum to do a relative low temperature.
In the reactor the alcohol is vacuumed and the mixing gets started. Then we pour the recalculated alkali for an entry at the top. Then we must pass 200 l. of oil from the dryer to the hot reactor. Is closed and pressurized vent (the compressor is included in the module)
enabling the timer and immediately heating circuit.
When the mixing time is up, turn off the circuit for heating and maintaining the pressure, the expected time required for separation to occur by natural decantation of glycero and biodiesel.
Applying pressure to the reactor, the glycerol is exhausted first and then the biodiesel is extracted by passing the five-micron filter before storage. The filtrated Methyl obtained is ready for use immediately, not requiring any post procedures. Each cycle reaction-decantation-filling is completed in 10-11 hours, and then two mixtures can be made daily.
